Geography Department Blogs

The blogosphere is growing rapidly and even over the last year there has been a huge increase in the range of geography related blogs on the internet. Some are aimed specifically aimed at pupils, some are topic or year group specific, others are aimed at fieldwork opportunities whilst others provide professional development style information for geography teaching staff. Blogs can be a useful addition to a wider department online portal and can be directly linked to from a ‘portal’ homepage.
